Before we start on your order, you will need to pay the cost of searches and certificates for your vendors statement. These usually cost about $250, so that is what you need to pay up-front, and you can do so on the order form.

If your property is part of an Owners Corporation, an additional $150 for each Owners Corporation is also required.

​

Our professional fee for a standard residential sale is $1,000 plus GST. You don't need to pay that until settlement. More details about our sale fees are available here.

If your property doesn't sell, you only pay for the searches and certificates.
