OUR PRICING

OUR Conveyancing Pricing:

All our pricing is subject to confirmation on receipt of your documents. Very few residential contracts are extremely complex, but for those that are, appropriate review and advice cannot be completed at standard prices.

Why can't we give an exact figure for disbursements?

Every property is different - some properties need a Heritage Certificate, or a search of the Priority Sites Register (Environmental Protection Authority, for contamination); yours might not. For most properties $200 covers the disbursements. We will let you know if we recommend you spend more to get more thorough searches if your transaction requires it.

For an estimate on farm, commercial or industrial conveyancing please inquire.
