Our fee for a standard contract review is $150 inc GST. If its more than 100 pages, it is $330 inc GST.

If you require it urgently (within 6 business hours) an urgency fee of $110 (inc GST) is payable.

Our professional fee for a standard residential purchase is $1,000 plus GST. You don't need to pay that until settlement. If you purchase a contract review, and then go on to use our conveyancing services, we will discount your conveyancing fee by the cost of one contract review, so you don't pay twice.
